This guy has had our booking since March and decided to cancel it the day before we arrive and given it to the highest bidder, knowing we won’t be able to get anywhere else on such short notice. Pure greed. Do not trust this man/ company unless you’re prepared to be let down. He’s broken his agreement.
And yes, I’ve seen you replied that it wasn’t in my name and your right. It was in my friends names and we rebooked it in another friends name to see if that would change anything and you cancelled the new one as we were travelling down to Hatfield, presumably as you’d received a higher bidder.
You know what you did and it’s wrong. We booked in good faith and you cancelled again. Fortunately we found alternative accommodation with a company that can be trusted.
I’ve no reason to fabricate a story or pretend that I’ve made a booking, it was in my friends name, 2 different friends booked 2 different reservations and both were cancelled. One the day before we traveled after being booked since March and the other one the next day, on the day we travelled.
I can write this with a clear conscience, you can’t.
Seriously, do not use this company unless you want to be let down. Go for a more trusted and reputable company.

We loved everything about this property! were super friendly and gave us a great tour, the building itself was beautifully decorated, and the grounds well kept, the rooms and facilities clean and warm. It had great character and felt almost magical - it’s clear that a lot of thought, care and effort have gone into making this a perfect B&B. The food was tasty and fresh. Was in a very central location. It was an absolute pleasure to stay her. Highly recommend.

I do not recommend. I am strongly dissatisfied. Company did last minute change - reason "Emergency". As a replacement we received a cheaper apartment but no return of money! Change done just before plane departure to London. Regular CHEATERS. Apartment ordered for 8 people was changed to apartment for 6 people.
