City Stay Apartments come simple and scrupulously neat. Always attractive and cosy and I love that the living area and kitchen are in the same space. This is my 3rd time with City Stay Apartments and I must say I never ever regret their services. First of all, they provide excellent customer service. Myself and my family are pleased with Gina, she has great communication skills, efficient and understanding in every way. She is patient and attentive, making sure my needs are met in a manner that reflects positively on the business. I love City Stay Apartments, despite booking flats in different areas of London, they all suite my taste and pretty much the same. Love the sound proof, cleaniness and interior design. Thank City Stay, will be booking once again :)

I unfortunately had a really bad experience with them. I would never use them again or recommend them.
I decided not to stay in the apartment I agreed to after paying for 1 month upfront, however the agreement was when the room is filled I will be refunded the difference for the month. They were very good and clever at playing the game with me pretending no one had taken over the contract until I found out someone had already moved in days after. There they are taking in 2 rentals, and breaking an agreement. I had all the evidence and had to have third parties and the local council involved to get my money back.
They come across really genuine and nice, but they're actually fraudulent. I wouldn't trust them.

Nice apartment for a family stay and helpful staff, they allowed us to leave the bags "many :O" in their office while we were waiting for the flight back home.

The family and I had a great stay in Bermondsey, we initially booked couple of weeks via a booking agent and then extended directly with them which gave us a better price than the other website, the wife and kids loved the apartment; then I’m happy ! We had an issue with the lift in the building but was sorted the same day and handyman helped us taking some shopping upstairs. Definitely coming back. Thank you

Amazing staff, great apartments, Dominic and his team helped us move our bags in and out with minimal effort, had the apartment clean and ready with all amenities and comforts, will definitely have our staff stay in their apartments for any business visits to London!
