I booked an en-suite room for two days for my husband and myself. Since there were no sufficient reviews, I contacted the place to ensure that the room has a private bathroom. I got a confirmation message from the property that the room has a private bathroom.
After arriving at the room, there was no private bathroom or space for two people. The bed was a double bed but there was no hardly any space to walk. The bathroom was two rooms away and it was difficult for us especially when it was specifically confirmed.
On the very next morning, I got a usual email on how things are going, and I replied that the property has provided misleading information and that we are unhappy with the facilities.
One lady called me during my work hours and asked what was wrong and I informed that they have confirmed what I requested, which was not even a request, but in their advert.
The lady asked me to book another en-suite room for an extra payment. I informed her that it was unethical to provide false information for gaining booking and then persuade customer towards another booking for an extra payment. She just ignored me and hung up.
The room was strictly restricted from having food and there were food waste upon my arrival.
Overall, unsatisfactory experience.

This property would not refund me after I was not let into the property. They continued to give me the wrong door code until it was so late at night that I needed to get off the street and find another place to stay.

Once I found another hotel to stay at and contacted them for a refund, they continued to say “they will let me in if I come back”.

Save your money and find a safe place to stay.

The bed was super comfy, nearby bus stop, clean and comfortable for a solo traveller. There was a kitchen though i didnt use and the shared bathroom seemed quite modern. Cheapest option near Heathrow airport at time
However, as its a room in a house nothing was soundproof so caution if a light sleeper. Nothing within walking distance for food but ordered Just Eat delivery worked fine as an option. About 15 min drive from airport. My room could probably be cramped for two persons but as just me it was fine
All in all not bad, did the job for a night layover

Comfortable stay, clean and cosy. Good for a basic overnight within a shared house - other guests were quiet and considerate, it's not hotel privacy but it's more than enough for a good night's sleep.

This property has a front door code and a separate room code. Owners respond within an hour.

Clean and modern accommodation with all facilities provided and a very helpful manager. The whole experience was a joy and I will definately be returning.

À stones throw from Heathrow airport and great value. Well furnished and comfortable accommodation. I will definitely book there again.
