From the initial contact with Charles Hope Apartments months ago we were fortunate enough to be put in touch with Sharon Wood, who is not only proactive and conscientious, her communication skills are second to none and she has made the entire experience a breeze and continues to do so – nothing at all is an issue and she cannot do enough to ensure every need is met and that the service is flawless and never fails to go the extra mile.

Having now stayed at Southampton, Staines and currently Heathrow North / Hounslow East. The apartments at every location have been superb, well equipped, modern, clean and spacious – you really could not ask for more. The property’s are secure and access fully supported by a reception and/or concierge to assist if necessary. Parking is available both securely and for oversized vehicles such as mine, bays are allocated in very close proximity to the apartments.

The latest stay at Heathrow North / Hounslow East is yet another example of the first class standard offered both in terms of booking and accommodation provided. They have all been very centrally located, close to local supermarkets, restaurants (post lockdown) very spacious, modern, clean and the facilities within the apartment have been well thought out to ensure that your part in the process is to just turn up with your personal belongings. All necessary information is always placed at key points within the apartment to avoid constant calls in search of codes, instructions etc., and if prior instructions are required these will have been emailed over to you before you arrive.

We would not hesitate to recommend these apartments and will continue to use them – I can only hope that you are as fortunate as us to have Sharon Wood as your point of contact.

Nice apartments, helpful service before and during stay. However please be warned they hold onto your deposit for a long time, I checked out about a month ago, still no returned deposit. After service bordering on incompetent, lack of accountability.

They cancelled my booking because ‘l reside in Surrey’ and they went on to take the payment. They now don’t respond to any of my emails. When l call they ask me to email them. Be careful l think they are dodgy!! 3 months later they haven’t responded or paid me back and l have now involved the bank and police.

Stayed here for the 6 nations wales v England match for 2 nights. Lovely room, great location. Ideal parking close by and directly on the high street for the market! Great!

An Absolute HOPELESS place to stay in London
This probably has been the worst accommodation i have stayed in the UK so far. Right from the start it was a really bad experience.
1. Inaccessible Location & No Parking:
The location is one of the worst features of this so-called posh apartment chain and inaccessible by a Taxi or a private car as the entrance is in private barricaded area behind the shops on the main street and Charles hope do not have permission to bring in their guests' cars even for a drop off or a pick up. We had to pay to park in the shopping district car park and drag our 05 suitcases for 200-250 metres before we reached the main entrance. There were no instructions provided on where to park and how to access the property after parking nearby.
2. No Lift:
It was a night time and there was no lift once we entered the building its 03-storey hike/drag with heavy suitcases as the apartment were given was at the 03 floor. It was pitch dark while climbing the first set of metallic stairs. we had a baby with us and a small slip could have caused her an injury easily.
3. Dirty and Unclean:
The apartments enclosed entrance led us to a narrow gallery and the walls and carpeted floors were all dirty.
4. Strange and unpleasant Smell:
Finally, we made it the room only to be welcomed a very unpleasant smell which didn’t go away for the whole week we stayed. It was meant to be get used to.
5. Extremely Noisy Doors:
Closing the doors for the next-door apartment made such a noise that every time we thought someone has entered our apartment. felt us made uncomfortable throughout.
6. Dodgy Customer Service:
Wifi was not working in the apartment when we came, called the CS and were advised that we should join wifi network of the next-door apartment for now and "if possible" they would send someone to look at the issue tomorrow. Silly response and stupid advice! next day at about lunch time while we were away from the flat i received an email from the CS telling me that we caused the wifi issue by placing a hanger on the cupboard (see pictures). I was literally mad at this stupid response but somehow managed to control my feelings at the time. Also attached is the so called "business class wifi" network speed test when it finally became available.
7. Insecure Wifi network:
wifi network password was easy to be used by the other Charles hope apartments and they could have accessed all kinds of restricted content and putting us in trouble instead.
8. Unclean and Unhygienic bathroom:
Bathroom had a very poor ventilation, there was mould all over and light itself made a weird loud noise all the time it was on.
9. The washing machine was extremely loud to the point that it was impractical to sit in the lounge

The irony is that I didnt even pay for it (company booked property) and still it was painful for me to stay there. I believe this property is being run by some kind of a conman or a rogue landlord turned property dealer with zero customer service skills and cashing in on a fair sounding name "charles hope" but actually & truly are hopeless themselves. Not sure how they have been getting away with it for so long.
Avoid it like a plague friends and save the cash for something better!
