Modern and cozy apartment with perfect location to visit London. Good bathrooms with lovely ground heating. Good bedroom, maybe the bed is a little bit too small for tall people. Generally a very good accommodation. Only complain that in some areas it was dusty (not a lot, but not cleaned well).

There is a night club behind of this apartment and the music is so loud at night and till the morning (8am!). We did not sleep well...

After reserving and paying for the room, travelling to London and turning up at the location, they refused entry as I was under 25 by less than a year. Still have not received any refund and the staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. Be careful if looking to book here, as it states no where during the booking process that you have to be over 25 to stay.

Do not stay here. My friend was just turned away because he isn’t 25… Theyve then refused him a refund. Diabolical
