The Elm Serviced Apartments in Camberley

This apartment is an absolute bang for its buck!! Immaculate and organized. The whole process from the booking to checkout was very smooth. As mentioned in the description, this apartment is located in the centre of Camberley and is very accessible. Definitely will be staying here again and i’d highly recommend this place!

The apartment is in excellent design. Rooms are totally clean and comfortable. It is at the heart of the town centre which is an easy access to any amenities including the Frimley Park Hospital. It was just 8 mins away by drive. It’s got an exclusive parking for guest. We can’t find fault to this apartment. We would definitely book it again in the future.

Very beautiful and absolutely SPOTLESS apartment. It had all the amenities we needed and more! Literally a home away from home! The location was perfect as well; easy to access yet not noisy and with plenty of shops nearby. The hosts were very friendly and quick in responding to our queries. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Cannot thank you enough for accommodating to our requests even at such short notice! Definitely recommended!

The apartment was catered according to our needs. Just how we wanted it for a family stay. The facilities were immaculate . It was indeed a home away from home experience. We will definitely be back again the next time when i am in camberley! Highly Recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were well equipped, comfortable and designed beautifully and the apartment was near all the local amenities. The booking process was super simple, they responded swiftly to our concerns and were very helpful! We will definitely book our stay here again ☺️

The only positive about this apartment was the location. Ideal, center of Camberley convenient for shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment looked great on line. These pictures were probably taken when the apartment was new, and since then, no ongoing maintenance was done apart from the weekly cleaning.
To start, the apartment came with a parking space. This space was occupied during the first 2 days of our stay.
The blinds in all the rooms were broken. This presented a problem in the family bedroom as the night street lights and sunrise streamed into the bedroom causing disturbed sleep. The door leading to the balcony from the living room would not close. The door itself had shifted in place and would not close all the way leaving a 1/2 inch gap. Luckily there were no small children in our party and the weather was mild. The apartment had 2 bathrooms. The family bathroom shower had only 1 temperature - scolding hot. This was probably due to limescale build up inside the dial since it could not be moved to adjust the temperature. The toilet also had issues in that it would continuously run water after flushing. We paid for a 2 bathroom apartment but were only able to use 1 of the bathrooms.
I would not be leaving this review if the host had acknowledged or responded to any of my emails and phone messages regarding these issues. The phone numbers left to contact the owners/management team goes into voicemail and no response was ever received. Same for the email unless communication revolved around check in and check out. The website they supplied is not found.
