Our apartment had a missing window, but there was a plecksi glass covering the hole. All the trafick noice, wind and rain were coming in, the managemen didint want to fix it so WE had to duckteip it. We wanted to change room, but the answer was allways thomorrow... Shower was incredibly discusting. The rooms look nice, but the hotell staff dont really care abought their guests or the conduction off the rooms.

I don't usually write reviews but I am compelled to express how extremely disatisfied I was with everything.
From arrival we 4 black young women, we greeted with discrimination & negativity wrapped in stereotypes and assumptions.

We had planned a trip for my friends 21st. However it turned out to a NIGHTMARE. The host/owner of the apartment was rude, egregious & belligerent. He demanded a deposit that was not mentioned on Expedia. The lack of website & reception area for these apartments should have informed us otherwise, red flags.
He pushed back the one for check in, when we had arrived the apartment was not ready. Furthermore, In place of the deposit he COMMANDED my friend hand over her phone. He did not have a card machine, he also FAILED to provide us receipts for our payments, he pulled out a contract but we did not sign it. As there shouldn't be such paperwork on renting an apartment for a day.

He was patronising & treated us like children. The bedding was it ironed, there were blood stains on the WHITE bedding, there was mouldy food in the microwave, multiple stains on the carpets, faeces stains in the toilets, the towels had faeces stains. There were makeup stains on the walls, the rug in the lounge was not hoovered. There were flies in the apartment. Half the appliances were in a 'student type condition' what is advertised is not what you get.

Moreover, we were trapped in the apartment as he hadn't provided us with a key. He was difficult to get a hold of after he recieved his payment.
He also kept constantly intruding and knocking at the apartment to see who was there. When we voiced our concerns all he commenced to laugh. We duduced that kind of attitude is directly a result of smoking weed. Expedia attempted to contact him but he was awol. We had to ring the police on him as he was being aggressive towards us. As women threatening behaviour like that is absolutely unacceptable. We missed the entire birthday meal & so resorted to McDonald's as that was he only takeaway close enough to get.

If I could attach photos and videos I would I will see if there is an option when I get onto my laptop.

This place gets 0 stars, the customer service was absolutely appalling. If you're thinking of a mini get away look else where. Save yourself the nightmare we endured. I plan on blacklisting the property.

I gave it one star because I had to for my review to be posted it doesn't deserve it.

Booked via Last Minute for an overnight stay on New Years' Eve 2017 with my sister and 3 children because the location was brilliant with it being in Zone 2 and just a 10 minute walk from the DLR railway into central London.
The apartment was warm and cosy with plenty of room for all 5 of us to spread out and make a well - deserved cup of tea and the owner was easily contactable by text (there is no reception) to query the lack of toilet paper in the bathroom.
4 stars have been given not because of this but because Last Minute advertise on -site paid for parking. This is incorrect - the parking is on road and luckily because it was a weekend it was free and unlimited. With 8,11 and 14 year old children and a sister who have travelled overnight by ferry from Southern Ireland with all their belongings, one could only imagine the hassle if we couldn't have parked directly outside the front door.
I would book here again for the convenient location BUT only if we could get guaranteed parking on arrival.
NB I couldn't leave a review on Last Minute because their website didn't allow me to leave a review on previous bookings despite me contacting them *sigh*.

The apartment on the surface looks ok. Spacious with a somewhat contemporary fit out but I’ve never been in a place where everything that could be broken is. Toilet seats, door handles, light switches, flushing toilets, taps, cooking Hobbs, hot water etc. They are literally all broken. We were in an apartment on the 2nd floor. The worst was the toilet when flushed spilt onto the floor. The place as you can imagine stunk. What takes the biscuits is that when we arrived we were shown to a different apartment and as a result of our objections to the state of that one we ended up in this one! This place is not fit for accommodating people. It’s priced cheaply but still not worth it. The area surround the apartment is not great either. Bookies with shady characters everywhere.

So many issues with the apartment. First, there was a huge stain on the comforter in the sofa bed when we arrived. That same night the door handle to the bathroom broke off (we went the whole week without it being fixed). We couldn't figure out the air conditioning so it was hot in there all week. No silverware, cups, bowls, etc for the kitchen. We told the manager about these issues and on Wednesday they came and cleaned, but didn't fix the door handle or provide any utensils for the kitchen so we had to get some from the local grocery store. Starting the second night there was an extremely pungent smell of marijuana in the foyer of our apartment for the remainder of the week. My travel agent got involved and she said that they weren't going to fix anything until she threatened to never send any more clients there. Why would she even have to threaten that??? The Manager was very nice checking us in, but after he left they were unresponsive to almost every request.

Very nice appartments, lovely wide rooms.
Stayed there for two nights. Just a small issue with smell in the drainage pipes nearby but overall. I will give more points in terms of price and condition of the appartment with all facilities.
