Newgale Lodge

A brilliant venue for walkers and activity seekers. We were a stag do group that took part in coasteering and rock climbing. The venue helped us arrange the activities, provided us with freshly cooked pizza one night and breakfast and pack lunches each morning. The staff were great and I'm sure the business will expand over time. I will definitely be back.

We have used this Lodge for the past two years for a Young Person's residential.

The team that they supply for us is oit of this world, they are positive, inspiring and always go above and beyond their job roles.

The accommodation is clean, modern and very comfortable after a physical day doing activities. The food i always amazing as well, providing a cooked breakfast every morning, packed lunch for a day out on activities & then finishing of the day with a wholesome cooked meal and homemade pudding... delicious.

We plan to visit again towards the end of 2018

Warm, comfortable and well looked after cozy accomodation. High standards of finish, fixtures and fittings. Excellent array of hot drink options and friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Newgale Lodge for an under 15s rugby tour. They were really flexible, helpful and responsive to requests when we were booking, and straight-forward to deal with. The whole site was clean and tidy and in good working order, and provided a great private location for our weekend. Lovely and warm in all buildings, and with strong WIFI across the site. Great value for money, and situated in a lovely part of Pembrokeshire. Would definitely return, and highly recommend. The beer keg from the local brewery at Roch was a big hit, and we were well looked after for food by NewSurf, the Duke, Pointz Castle for ice cream and the fish and chip van - all within a 5 minute drive. Great weekend had by all.

We stayed at Ramsey Lodge for 3 days absolutely dreadful. We had a room that stunk of sewers and damp. The wet room was flooded which we flagged n drain had lots of hair in it. The room really stunk. Mentioned to caretaker who could not do anything!! There was no working WiFi either!
Bedding we had to make ourselves good job as found lots of hair on duvet. The place was filthy!!!!
I wouldn't even rate it 1 star deserves zero stars!!!

I have been in contact with Graham about booking a stag do at Newgale Lodge and decided to leave a good review even though we have been forced to cancel our trip. He went out of his way to provide me with loads of information in a very friendly and upfront manner - will definitely be calling again next time I want to book a similar trip. Thanks!

This place is an insult to customer service and blatantly resorts to miss selling. The wifi does not work. I was given repeated assurances by Graham that this would work... was asked to stand in kitchen window to get connection or to go and stand outside another lodge to get connection. Kitchem utensils were dirty. A bin bag could not be provided for two days... wet bathroom does not have a wipe... so the floor remains wet all time and there are puddles of water on the floor as it is not well laid. One child slipped and hurt himself. Bedside bulbs fused... inadequate cutlery and no glasses to enjoy a drink... we had to drink from tea mugs. Poorly managed. Please do not book.

Great place, friendly staff, we booked a stag activity weekend. Graham was very helpful and everyone really enjoyed the weekend.
