Four of us stayed in the Excelsior for a golfing break. The location was perfect for Celtic Manor. The house was clean, the beds comfy and the power showers excellent. There was an initial hitch with the hot water but it was rectified straight away so full marks for response time. There are some really good restaurants 20 minutes walk away- Hatti and Vittorios - so all in all a good place to stay for our golfing break.
