Can't recommend it. It was nice to have a cheap place to sleep in London but that is all. Definetly not a three star hotel at all. Not even one star worth.

Would not stay again. Washing machine being run all night. Booked a double was given a single. Unable to stay due to lack of sleep and facilities in room. No TV remote. Cracked tiles, loose taps...could go in. Have lost over £100 as paid for 3 nights and stayed less than 12 hours. Certainly not as advertised. As I walked in lovely neighbour also highlighted the house had several cases of Covid 19. Horrid experience

Customer service incompetent at best, downright liars at worst: checked in to an "apartment" without any power circuits working - no TV or microwave or anything working except lightbulbs. Allo Housing insisted for 24 hours that everything was perfect, despite sending them photos of the blown circuit breaker. Never fixed anything, just empty promises
