Timber builds look great value. They are very busy though, can take a while to get in touch. Said they would visit on a Wednesday or Thursday, I waited but, no one arrived!

Had to wait a while as they are in high demand. Prob could've got my shed a little cheaper too but doubt I'd have had the quality & workmanship I've received. Really chuffed with the result. Good guys and arrived on time with no fuss. Definitely recommend this company.

Very happy with the shed, its well made and robust and good value. It was delivered early and the men who delivered and erected it were very pleasant and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Bought a shed from another company a few years ago and build quality was adequate. Was told about Drysdales build quality so decided to give them a try. Wanted a one off build and they built exactly what I asked for.
Quality build, friendly staff, great value, highly recommend you give them a try.

Ended up with a pleasant, windproof sitting out area.

We purchased a beautiful summer house from Drysdales and were very happy with it until around 12 weeks after delivery when the window in the door cracked.

On inspection the door had a knot just at the mid line which was putting pressure on the glass - with heat and cold it expanded and contracted and cracked the glass.

They came out and put a new pane in, but did not change the bar at the bottom of the window with the knot, despite this being suggested by a glazier and ourselves as the cause.

The glass cracked again, exactly same place and for the same reason.

Despite numerous efforts by us to get this repaired (and even offering to pay for the glass), we are still waiting - despite numerous promises from them that they will “get round to it” - for the wooden strut to be replaced with either a sill piece or a similar piece without the knot and the glass replaced again.

Really disappointed this has happened as they have a very good reputation locally. If they read this and attend to rectify the problem, we will update this review accordingly.

Latest update, we’ve been in contact twice since last posting and still haven’t had anything done despite promises to send their joiner and to return calls when the owner returns from overseas. If you need afterservice - good luck with getting that. Shockingly bad.

poor quality service from this company, My sheds roof failed within a year, I contacted them numerous times, and received multiple promises that they would come out and look at the problem but they never did, I was always chasing them up. I eventually gave up as its not worth the stress to me and after months the shed roof was only getting worse the longer I waited for them and there empty promises.

The receptionist would always blame a car failure or the guys not being in the area or some other excuse, along with just forgetting all together, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
