Appalling workmanship and even worse customer service by the owner after ruining my shoes during what should have been a simple repair. Despite 3 months of going into the shop, numerous calls and emails, they haven't even returned the cost of the "repair" The Owner Neil never returns our calls as he promises and is just not interest in the damage they have done and charged for that privilege. I advise anybody who needs a repair (even a simple one) to go elsewhere.
Following the above honest and accurate review yesterday, Neil, the owner, finally called, shouted abuse at my husband, demanded we remove the review and told my husband he would "show him revenge" calling him a four letter word beginning with the letter C
This is a factual review of what happened and I will not remove it, despite his threats and abusive calls.
More threats from the owner in his reply, but we could all hear the abuse and threats to my husband as he was on speaker and we have witnesses.

I cannot speak highly enough of Joe and his team. The quality, efficiency and value for money is unmatched - There is nothing that they will not turn their hands to, my walking boots, iPhone repair, replacement car key and engraved gifts ,since discovering them, I will not go anywhere else as their service and quality is unrivalled. Fantastic, polite, friendly, professional and quick. Highly recommend!

I recently went to Quickstep in Burnham for Shoe Repairs and they done a great job with my Shoes. Joe repaired my Jones high heels which i thought were beyond repair and they are now as good as new! Great customer service and i will definitely be using them again in the future.😃

Joe is a fantastic worker at this shop. Brilliant customer service and good repairs. I have had several jobs done by Joe. Key cutting, engraving and shoe repairs and they have all been well done. If you're going to go here request Joe he's great

I would like to corroborate the bad the experience my friend Barbara Mackay had with this cobblers. She has posted on here about the very bad 'repair' to her favourite shoes, but it was the equally bad customer service that I witnessed when I was with her in the shop on one particular occasion. Barbara was attempting to get the owner to acknowledge the poor workmanship, but also to suggest how best to move forward. His attitude was absolutely not conducive to resolving the situation and only succeeded in escalating the issue. I am writing here in order to substantiate Barbara's experience, as the owner is attempting to not only completely deny his attitude, but also the whole situation, which he claims to be untrue. I am here to state that Barbara's statement of the events, and the experience at the shop when I was with her, is correct.

Superb in everyway. A good, honest cobblers are hard to find - they listen, they ask what you want and offer advice. All wrapped with good value. The only place I'll take my shoes!

I had 50 trophies renamed and engraved at a very reasonable price. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly, professional and reasonably priced.
Spoke to Josh who engraved a multitool for me, allowed me to see the process which was awesome.
Would definitely recommend the business to others and will be using them again. Josh's customer service skills are top notch.
