Didn't go there

Just got my Vauxhall Corsa car key repaired here. The lock button had stopped working so they repaired it while I went for a coffee and it now locks and unlocks my car. Happy to pay £10 for that.

I can't really speak for them now but years ago they messed up some engraving on an 18th birthday bracelet i bought..a letter looked smudged..they offered no refund and said it was the quality of the silver item..but didn't mention that beforehand.So i not been back since.I know people whose keys from here did not work.

Resizing & adjusting clothes are nightmare!!!
They can't cut the sleeves of a jacket and connect it back properly... 2 months after is the best that they can do...
Is better to say that they can't or they don't make it,
from to make it worse.

Lucy in your Waterlooville store is a really good ambassador for this business. There was a queue but she made eye contact and engaged with all of us. She was dealing with an elderly lady in a very patient way. I had a pair of Dr Martens boots to collect that had been sent for repair. The repair was superb and gave new life to a much loved pair of boots. Been back again to get some keys cut.

Needed my curtains cleaned and they did a really good job. Staff very friendly and helpful

Brilliant service always use for watches, shoes, keys and dry cleaning ! Best service in any shop in this area !
