Thank you nathan from Lakeside from kicking me out of your store only because I was not happy with the “repair” you have done. In fact you have ruined 2 beautiful pair of boots. You don’t even deserve your name to be written with capital N. You have absolutely no skills whatsoever and just before Christmas to be so rude ... I have employed many people over the years and Employers need to be told when their employees are absolutely trashing the Company’ Brand so hard build. Shame on you!!! I’ll be looking to see where can I upload pictures of your state of art destroying work .

Friendly staff , I’ve been served by Nathan a few times he’s always had a little chat and made me feel welcomed into the shop , I’ve had my passport photos taken here and had keys cut ! Keep it up ☺️

Took few (7) watches for battery replacement and couple of them to change the straps as well.
Nathan and his colleague were amazing with their service, professional yet friendly!
They even managed to fix my Bell & Ross while I was waiting and didn't even charge me for that.
The team is incredible, have been Timpson customer for long while and would never change that.

A welcoming, helpful and competent manager - I thoroughly recommend him for key cutting, watch straps and battery replacements.

Lakeside. Key cut for me as I stood & watched, given a leaflet on how to get their lock change people to book a time, shoes repaired by 2nd person behind the counter. Car keys can be done! Big branch so offers more. Give them shoes, go shop & eat & pick up shoes on way home. Level access, staff willing to explain, busy branch but v competent. Key they cut me fitted ok.

Very very poor engraving. Ruined my trophy. 😡😡😡😡. Had my trophy for over 4 weeks, never bothered to call back and say its ready. I think it was a rush job because I was chasing. Fonts and sizes were all wrong. U wish I had never gone there. The trophy and its history.. totally ruined

On the 1st November I went to Lakeside because my watch battery wasn't working but the shop assistant (a young man) who initially said he'll fix it, claimed he cannot do it as is not the battery, after paying £28. He promised he'd refund my money but to this day I still haven't received it.
Avoid Lakeside team! 👎👎👎
