I had a key cut on Friday 11th and I was told if it was unsure to come back to the store by the female in the store.

I returned to the store and the salesman was more concerned about my conduct and not the key wasn’t cut correctly.

I’ve since tried the key and it’s still not cut correctly and this is the 3rd time I’ve been in the store for a key to be cut.

I went into Timpsons of Dover yesterday for a friend of mine who needed a wedding shoe built up. Tony served me and really went out of his way to match up the colour and within 24 hours I was able to collect it. My friend is thrilled with it. Thank you so much Tony. Lovely friendly atmosphere in the shop.

I also had wedding shoes and bag that needed adjustments. I was served by Julie. Again, really pleased with the service, the same as Tony.
