Vibram Academy - Sole Factor

An excellent store for all things Vibram: Took my much used Fracap boots in for a re-sole and was very pleased with the advice given and the quality of the job. This was certainly no more expensive than using a high street store. The choice of replacement sole units meant an alternative to the rather slippy Vibram Moreflex could be found and the boots look great. Repair was completed in a matter of days. Also stocks lots of shoe care products and of course, Vibram footwear. Will certainly use again.

Resoled my shoes 3 months ago and there are new holes already. I climb twice per week so I don’t think I had abused the shoes. Might change the rating if there are good reasons.

I was having trouble finding a pair of Fivefinger trail shoes. I called up the store and Lee put the shoes aside until I could get in. When I visited the store I was impressed with the knowledge and way Lee sorted out my needs. He checked the fit, suggested alternatives and went the extra mile making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I left the store excited and buzzing.

I ran using the shoes a week later and they felt incredible - I love them. I have shared my experience of buying these shoes with everyone I know and wanted to pass on my thanks to Lee and his colleague for incredible service.

Meindl boots there a couple times for a resole. Quick turnaround time, super friendly staff and a fraction of the cost of sending them back to Meindl themselves. I even got a free Vibram keyring!! What more could you want?

I have brought a few pairs of climbing shoes and one pair of ankle boots to Vibram to be resoled, and their service has been brilliant. Each pair of shoes has always looked brand-new and I have been able to get many more months (if not years) of use. The price is very reasonable and they almost always have our shoes completed within a week. Each member of staff has been lovely and incredibly helpful and I'm glad that they were recommended to me!

Excellent. Vibram Academy resoled a favourite pair of Hiking Boots for me. The quality of their work was superb, bringing the boots back to as new condtion. Very highly recommended.

Was looking for somewhere to resole my five-ten MTB shoes with some suitably grippy rubber. Vibram academy did a good job and I am very happy with the results.

Brilliant service, as always. Had some really chunky vibram soles out on some rigger boots. If you care for them, repair them!
The guys have a great sense of humour too!
