Always busy but great service

I had taken my watch for a new battery to Guildford Cobblers. They fitted a battery but the watch then kept stopping after returning it. They were very rude refused a refund and wanted £25 to service. Timpsons, Amin and Neil were exceptional, they discovered a battery to thick had been fitted, replaced this. This had forced the face of the watch against the glass. They adjusted the second hand, noticed a dent in the back and attended to that. Checked the watch was working thoroughly before returning. They were very pleasant and helpful all the time. Highly recommended.

I am usually a fan of Timpsons anyway but this one was particularly fantastic as they had a lovely man serving. He was so friendly and helpful- absolutely amazing service.
Timpsons do everything you need and at a reasonable price. My dry cleaning was done to a high standard.

The laziest person ever. Today 27th, there was a sign saying, "will be back at 12," and he was at Sainsbury's...
Then I went back again to buy FB1/2 keys, and he reluctantly sold it for £18.00

Took my daughter's school shoe here to be repaired. The staff were really friendly and the service was excellent.

Just called in this morning used the engraving service and battery replacement very happy😃.
The engraving I asked for on a watchstraps clasp was tricky but the guy with the beard sorted it exactly as I wanted.
