Jason @ branch 5338 was extremely helpful. We brought in a pair of boots which I thought were beyond repair; there as a hole the size of a 50p in the sole. Jason took ownership of the repair and did an excellent job replacing the sole and making tehe boots look like new agian. Thanks Jason. I wish I had a before and after picture.

Took links out my watch for me, changed strap around at no extra charge as fossil has put it on wrong way. Very reasonable price too.

Very expensive for key cutting, my wife charged £18 for 2 patio door keys, local hardware store charges £3 per key, purchase over 10 keys price reduced to £2.50.

Useless. Cannot even cut a mortice key correctly. Advised them before cutting to check they used the correct blank but they didn't. Result is two useless keys because the blank was 2mm too long. Asked them to correct it and they said they couldn't. "Wouldn't" was more like it, due to lack if initiative and customer service. Attendant was simply not helpful and rude. Asked for money back but they refused because I only had a photo of the receipt and not the paper copy. AVOID!

Went to the Timpson near the market as they advertise key fob replacement battery, said it was £14.99 😯 said to try the one at Traverse and he said we don’t do them saying it was technical but to try the one at Sainsbury’s. Got it done at Lancaster Mini £4.12p 👍 👌

Sometimes the keys don't work and have to go back again to get them re done
