Lovely man repaired my shoes . He also stitched a broken strap on a bag for me,he did a very professional job. I will be taking all my repairs to him .

Unfurtunately, i've been misled by Timpson's employee. Few months ago he replaced battery in my watch and only gave my a normal receipt with "promised 1-year guarantee" for 10 GBP. A few months later, after the battery broke down, he refused to replace it because i turned out that i need some "special blue confirmation card" so I CAN proove that that was the watch he fixed. Obviously, when i was there when the battery was fixed, he didn't mention it - i'm pretty sure, on purpose. AVOID THIS SHOP.

I have been to the Selby shop a few times in the past for keys and passport photos, the elderly man was brilliant.
But the guy I met today was very rude, couldn't be bothered to respond when a customer says good morning. You shouldn't be at work young man, because your attitude will stop customers from coming back. Stop spoiling the business for the owners.
And just to let you know the padlocks I bought were perfect for my suitcases.

Got my dry cleaning done here, was back exactly when they said it would be and I even got a text to say that it was ready for pick up.

Got my key fob replaced service was brilliant price reasonable the gentleman was very polite definitely would recommend.

Excellent and speedy service, I needed a watch battery replacing, which was done straight away.

Wait outside for about 20 minutes, only to be told that he was too busy to serve me and I should come back in a few days!
