Very poor ! bad attitude and bad customer care on my visit . I will not be going to timson in Sainsbury's Rhyl again for any reason

Visited Timpsons at Rhyl White Rose Shopping Centre to have my watch battery replaced. Was served by Darren who was very helpful and friendly. He is very experienced and professional. Very reasonably priced also. Will definitely use this place again. Thank you.

Very over priced but generally staff are helpful

Timpsons sainsburys rhyl shocking customer service. Would not put a split pin in a car key . Tried charging £50 for a whole new key . Rip off con men

Went for an engraving only place in the area open that day that could and did do it - including a sister site. Good service.
