DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I've bought lots of shoes and boots from them over the years. However, the first time I have a faulty pair of ankle boots they refuse to refund me or give me a credit note. I was accused of deliberately damaging the right boot and basically told I was a liar!!! I've reported them to Trading Standards. I've also heard they're in financial difficulty.

Great shop. Or first part of call whenever new shoes are required.

I was in Leicester and could not find a pair of shoes. I travelled to Melton Mowbray to this shop and found lots of shoes I liked and at a reasonable price. Also this is a small independent not a large chain store.

Do not buy from this shop the men's boots ar faulty seconds.
