Clarks Factory Shop

Good quality shoes and boots and great discounts, but a very limited choice of ladies shoes in small and half sizes. They have some nice bags, also gloves and suitcases. Did not find what I wanted in my size but the assistant was very helpful.

Every time I need shoes for my children I visit here. Tim is an absolute credit to Clarks and to the Blackpool Outlet. He is absolutely wonderful with children and especially kind and thoughtful with children with additional needs. He is also very knowledgeable with regards to fitting and goes out of his way to ensure you get the shoes that you need. I don't usually write reviews, but after such a positive visit today and the wonderful service from Tim (again!) I felt I should do!

Love it here, great prices and lots of choice. Always get a bargain. Nice staff too.

Limited choice being a warehouse outlet. Only two options for my daughter size 13.5 and one for my son size 5. Plus they DO NOT take Scottish notes! Even though it's sterling!. I am not Scottish myself but have relatives who are so I was quite offended. Would understand if it was a £50 note but it wasn't.

Outlet store on same estate as large Tesco,.Matalan and next. Easy free parking
Prices don't seem as discounted as they used to be !

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable but the shoes on the shelf were mixed up and difficult to find the right size. This was probably because of the back to school rush to be fair

I've been visiting this place, with my family, for a number of years now. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Today's visit with the family was different experience. Was absolutely taken back with the level of service provided by one member of staff in particular. Her name was Grace. Grace went above and beyond today. Extremely helpful, polite and friendly. We felt like we were getting the VIP Treatment today.
