Do not buy from Linzi shoes I ordered two items. One of them came with little bit faults since I wanted those shoes really badly for an occasion I kept them I ignored the faults. On the day I wore my shoes just for a few hours and it caused discomfort and blisters to my feet. The blisters really give me a tough time I had to do school runs and all but I complained on the same day I wore the shoes and in response I get no satisfactory response.
A pair of shoes which cause discomfort I won’t be wearing them again and I’ve paid for it and now resting in my wardrobe.. Linzi shoes won’t even help their customers
Now they are saying that they cannot help me in anyway neither a refund or a return or any sort of compensation. I do not agree with this thing because normally every store if you get back to them and ask them that the product is either faulty or causing discomfort they will straight away do anything for you , even provide a good customer services but here the case is really worse so I wouldn’t recommend Linzi at all

Staff are rude. Asked to try somes shoes on and they huff, they then left me with one shoe and room
The other behind the counter. I asked if I could try the other on and she then goes and puts them back on the shelf. Once I asked again all the staff start staring like it’s an issue. I liked the shoes and wanted them however it had a stain on them. Staff shouted across for the manger who come storming over staying I can only have 15% off and said I should shop online. Although I accepted the offer I didn’t feel as though staff are trained well with customer service. Would not recommend.

What a very strange shoe shop. I would suggest either someone at the door or signage to say that ‘We won’t help you unless you come to us’ in the shop. 4 assistants just standing around, 3 very close together and chatting. I asked the 3 do you work here and they said yes but you have to come to us if you need help! Never going in there again!

They always have great selection of shoes to choose from here. The staff are really friendly and very helpful, been a smaller size I was really impressed that the shoes start from size 3.

OK, so i was going to give a bad review here as i bought slippers and the sizes are so small my regular size 6 to 7 meant i needed an 8 or 9 and 7 was the biggest they do, not allowed a refund which is rather annoying as i was not made aware at time i bought slippers, so i ended up exchanging for a pair of boots that i really didn't need and cost more money so i ended up paying more, but i have to say the boots are so comfy and look great that i feel it was meant to be ;-). the staff were pleasant and helpful boot feel and look great so no complaints. only 3 stars tho as i do think the No refund policy is a bit naughty.
