Beautiful shop, light bright, well set out and fantastic owners.
Nothing is too much trouble, Julia and Neil really want to find the best solution to your foot problems. I could not recommend this shop enough they opened up my world, I can walk so much farther now.

I walked into the shop this morning with bad lower back pain, painful bunions, a hammer toe and very painful arthritis in my left foot. For the last couple of years these symptoms and a third new knee have meant that my mobility has become much worse and taken a lot of pleasure from any outings I have had, needing regular stops and sits along the way.
I met Julia and Neil, was made very welcome and Julia spent over an hour with me, measuring making notes of my problems and suggesting several different styles and makes of footwear. I am 76 in September but love colour and modern styles. I finally settled on a pair of purple, "grape", trainers and wore them out of the shop! I was floating and toured the shops in Clitheroe for an hour and a half, something I have not been able to do for a long time. I am delighted, had a fun filled hour in the amazing shop, along with Julia and Neil and other customers. Thank you soooo much. I will be back soon. Kate's Grannie

Wow! What can I say? I don't believe I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a shop assistant. When I enquired about my feet being measured I was told I'm no uncertain terms that they were not going to measure my feet unless I was going to purchase a pair of shoes from them.

I don't recommend you pop in here for advice about footwear

Nothing is to much trouble to get the correct fit of shoe. Staff are wonderful, so patient and time doesn’t matter.
This was my second visit and I definitely will return.

Great personal service and staff . Experience felt very safe . Timed appointment. Temperature was taken on entry and hand gel adminnistered. Didn't feel rushed or pressured to make my purchase.
Would thoroughly recommend.
