Timberland Retail Bluewater

I went to the bluewater store to ask for help regarding a defective sole and met ‘Russ’ the rudest manger ever. He is simply awful and is a terrible ambassador for the brand. Save yourself the hassle, buy elsewhere, you have been warned... UPDATE: Customer Services steppes in and have issue me a refund and apology regarding the manager, Russ. Thank you Timerland- trust restored in the brand!

Full of all things Timberland with friendly knowledgeable staff who were patient and helpful.

I bought a pair of timbs last night about 9 pm, got home to show the missus and to my surprise in the box was two different pairs of boots which we had a giggle about, took them back today and a nice lady sorted it and gave me 10 percent of the price back. Merry Christmas Timberland

Awful customer service…. Two gentlemen were standing inside when I came in being the only customer, didn’t even acknowledge me but were standing there talking about different people on onlyfans,.. I then walked up to them asking for help finding a shoe size and all the man said was “no we don’t have them, we can’t have all sizes from the website…” I’m appalled…

Got an amazing pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas and got very nice service from the lady that served me.

Visited the store today for my other half to get some jeans, such a lovely team working instore.

The manager was really friendly and made an effort to engage with customers.

The 2 sales guys instore were so helpful, friendly and really tried to help in anyway they could - both assets to the brand.

We will definitely be returning as offer a really good range of products.
