Went into the Farnham Clark store today as my daughters school shoes were so uncomfortable she couldn't wear them. I was worried the £30 I had paid would have been wasted as she briefly wore them outside. However, the lovely girl that served us spent a long time figuring out what style comfortably suited my daughters foot shape and I was given an exchange with free insoles for a better fit of the new shoes. Thank you very much, a brilliant service and a fantastic pair of comfortable school shoes for my child.

I had to return a pair of toddler's wellies that had a small split in the seam. The member of staff who served me was extremely helpful and even though I didn't have the receipt, measured my grandchild's feet and replaced them without any fuss. Brilliant service!

We took our 18 Month old daughter in to have her first pair of shoes fitted, we where served by Gemma who was amazing and very helpful, I would recommend anyone needing a first pair of shoes for your child to go to Clarks, good prices lovely shoes amazing staff!
