Dr. Martens

Quite a good selection here even though the shop is not big. Have often found some excellent bargains under £40- DM's are timeless classics, everyone should have a pair. It makes it easier when they are discounted. Staff always seem friendly here too.

Had nice selection for adults and children, but the staff in there made me feel so uncomfortable. There’s nothing more i hate than bad customer service. I asked one of the girls if they had this shoe in my daughters size and instead of acknowledging me just took the shoe and went straight to the back to look for her size, not a single word from her like “how can i help you” or “ok let me go check” i thought ok that’s weird but just thought whatever. Then a different girl came out and gave me my shoes and she was really kind and actually helpful, she told me she would put the pair I'm getting behind the counter so i joined the line. There was 3 people in front of me and 2 counters open and people were being served, then once it was my turn to be served the girl at the till walked off and i thought ok, guess she’s clocking out. So i thought ok I’ll wait for the other till, then the other girl came back and looked like she had forgotten something and instead of prompting me to come towards the till just let me stand there confused on whether she was still serving or if she was looking for something she had forgotten, there was no “next” or a “hello” just took my shoes and expected me to know the unopened box was mine.

Safe to say the staff in here need more training on customer service cause i felt uncomfortable the whole time. Its like i was taking time out of their day and i was and nuisance for being there. Otherwise would of been a pleasant experience because i love their shoes.

Loved the pair I bought. Soo comfy to wear. Dr. Martens are like a must have 🤌

Great service from the staff always helpful all of them. Bought a lot of pairs. Being an outlet store their size and collection can be limited. I am a size uk11 had very limited collection to choose from but needed up buying something I liked.

I had an amazing experience at Ashford outlet today.
I was very short on time before work, needing footwear since mine had just broken. Hannah was very quick to notice I needed help. She went through all the options she had in my size, colour and style. I quickly decided on a pair after she went through sizing differences on the styles. She efficently boxed and bagged the item. She had also grabbed socks ready as I had mentioned I would be needing some.
She is a credit to your store. Also very unphased by my flustered self, which is a great thing in itself- sorry about that!

I would just like to say a massive thank you to the staff @ Dr. Martens, Ashford outlet centre. You made my 16 year old daughters experience of buying her 1st D.M's a truly amazing occasion. The smile she had as she left your shop has been a permanent fixture all day. Thank you.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Mila in particular really helped me with my decisions in store today. Great costumer service, thank you Mila 😊

Unfortunately there were very few shoes in my size, but if your feet are smaller or larger than average then there will be lots on offer.
