Crispins Shoes

Crispins Shoes has been an absolute game changer for me. I try to go a couple of times a year but if I can't their mail order works extremely well. For someone with slightly larger than size 8 - I can now find shoes of all styles for my wardrobe of clothes. Love it.

I’ve been a customer of Crispins since it opened in 1978 and I’m still as thrilled to visit the shop now as I was back then. As a teenager my larger size feet were depressing but Crispins gave me hope. I’m planning my next trip there this weekend and know I will pick up at least one pair of beautiful and comfortable shoes.
Prices are comparable with higher quality high street, and what a joy that they will have your size!
No pressure from sales people, so browsing is fun too.

What a game changer for me! Finding Crispíns has meant that I can always find the right shoe for the right occasion. I’m not in London but ordering online is straightforward and delivery is very quick. Needing a large size in shoes used to mean there was very little choice, but no longer! I highly recommend this shop.

I've been a customer at Crispins Shoes 10+ yrs, buying shoes for my mum who lives in Turkey. This is the only place I buy shoes for mum since then. I enjoyed shopping various shoes for her ranging from daily comfortable ones to high heel evening shoes which were again easy to wear. I genuinely appreciate staff members patience and helpfulness. It is virtually impossible to try on shoes in a store when you wear a ladies size 10...unless you go to Crispins Shoes! What a delight to be able to try on so many styles with a friendly and helpful staff who are always happy to bring you any pair you want to try on. I was able to be sure that the pair I chose was comfortable and would look good with what I was wearing! I can't wait for my next trip to London, so I can return to Crispins!!

I'm so happy that this shop exists as I can always rely on them to have lovely shoes to fit my size 9.5 feet. I usually visit the shop and they are always friendly and helpful. However, recently I had two pairs of nude court shoes delivered. I had to return one pair, and the whole process went very smoothly with the refund received in good time.

After 2 weeks of searching for shoes my size, my holiday started to look like a drag! Told my mum I would end up spending all my funds on food.. lol. But then I remembered my sister had brought me here years ago and decided to pop in. Didn't know I was in for a treat! I found different styles in my size and for some I had to size up and they fit perfectly. The store attendants were so patient and accomodating and the shoes are top notch quality shoes! I am so grateful for memory and Crispin shoes... My forever shoe plug! Love you guys
