Very poor quality. Broke after 2 weeks of wear (whilst on holiday) and no assistance to get replacements from another local Ecco shop. Buy better quality elsewhere. Ecco has gone downhill very badly.

My wife converted me to ECCO shoes. They may be fairly pricey but they are of excellent quality and last well. I am on my feet an awful lot and used to ware through shoes in as little as 3 months, my current pair of shoes is nearly a year old and has only just started to ware. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Wow Mark is a credit to Ecco his customer service was absolutely incredible. I recently brought a pair of golf shoes from this store and I received extremely bad blisters and I phoned the store explaining the issue. Mark kindly let me exchange my shoes as I have previously never had issues with Ecco golf shoes. He went above and beyond and was genuinely a lovely man! I couldn’t recommend this store enough! Thank you!!

With the kind help of Akash I got exactly the shoes I wanted today. They feel even better now that I've got them home. It was such a pleasure to come into a shop and find precisely what I needed, especially as I'd walked all the way from Waterloo. Thank you Akash, for your patience and advice.

I understand the struggle when you have customers coming into the store within the last 30 minutes before closing. I also work in retail full-time in a very demanding environment. Just 10 minutes ago, I visited this location of ECCO after my shift, I simply needed new shoes for work; and knew what I needed precisely so it wouldn't take too long.

It is utterly disappointing to be blatantly ignored by two sales assistants, particularly one of them sitting on the couch, with no approach and no eye contact (and informal/confusing uniform). Despite both SAs noticing entry, they ignored the shop floor until I dropped the shoe to leave. Only one SA realised I was going as I noticed the blatant ignorance. What makes this a cheap experience is that they pretend to not realise that you need assistance.

My point is we are in the same boat; we all get tired and impatient. And yes, it isn't delightful to have customers last minute, but there is always a way to monitor the shop floor, even when you are short of staff. A smile doesn't cost much.

Got a faulty pair of boots, no help from the Ecco team whatsoever to replace or even investigate the fault. Just a plain no can’t help as there is no VISIBLE fault. Shame as boots looked good but impossible to wear due to bad construction.

Managers and members of staff always open this store late. This week it was 30minutes and they always blame to be short of staff but if they arrive at opening time and start to do the vaccum cleaning and count the money then so this is the reason why will always be late!!

Go on other major website it is cheaper and you get delivered on time, don’t waste your time on Oxford Street and change the Manager please (he is late too!)
