ALDO Shoes

Frendly and helpful staff. Nice collection of summer shoes, sandals and accessories. At the moment they have a massive sale so if you like their style you can find Aldi on the back of second floor in Westfields

This branch has some very unhelpful people. The staff scolded us for touching the shoes. How do you expect people to buy products on display if you cannot even hold them in your hands.

I was assisted by George & Jamila and had a fantastic service yesterday. The store was just about to close but they happily still saw me and helped me without any kind of rush. I came in for a specific pair of trainers I saw online and was disappointed the fitting wasn’t as I expected.

Jamila quickly offered another solution which worked out even more perfect. In the process, I found another pair of shoes that I also liked and left a very happy customer. It was refreshing to get this kind of service in London!

Terrible experience
I got shoes for my husband’s birthday but the quality is rubbish after using 15 minutes of walking got damaged and we got back to the store to return it the lady who works there very rude and she said we can't take it because it was used it but imagine just 15 minutes the sole of shoes was worn out. I asked her to gave me her manager's email but she refused. If you want to waste ur money so buy this brand..

Very poor customer service, rude, unfriendly with customer. Very impatient with customer when making enquiries about a product I wanted to buy. Acting as if one is bordering them. The manager needs more training. Won't be returning to the same store, my husband was put off too, sadly 😞.

Order, affordable, work together

Be careful guys!!! Always keep your receipts when you buy shoes from Aldo. I bought one week ago one pair of shoes and after 4 uses the gliter on the shoes gone. They didn't refund me because I didn't had the receipt any more. I liked these shoes and I through away the receipt, I couldn't imagine that shoes are costing 90 pounds will be damage after few days. Expensive shoes with bad quality and bad customer service!
