Been in here three times and each time the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Kids section is upstairs which is a bit of a pain when you are trying to get your little ones up there, but that doesn't mean a lower review.
Each visit my children had their feet measured by nice staff and they were made to feel comfortable.
The best Clarks I've been in.

This is a good store!! Used to get my shoes measured here most of the time. Although I have found the upstairs section a little bit too hot and also from time to time we have had occasional rude service. But I would definitely recommend to others and use again!

Premium Quality Shoes That Can Withstand Our Gravitational Bearings Better Than Others.
Their products are awesomely durable and versatile: my daughter will always attest to this fact.
Over the years she has been a shoe smasher, but since we turned to Clarks, the case is rather otherwise now since her school shoes tend to last much longer for her.

Have to make an appointment to pick up school shoes for my kids?!? I know what I need, I know their sizes. Most shops you walk in to, pick something up off the shelf then pay and leave. Have I missed something? Not Clarks, I have to come back in an hour. No thanks. Went to M&S a couple doors down and spent £100 there instead.

Chaos. The young woman who measured my kids feet was working flat out but her manager was standing around chatting & laughing while numerous customers were kept waiting to be served. We waited 20 mins+ to try on shoes, while the manager directed staff to serve people who had just walked in.

Terribly rude and unhelpful staff. With a limited selection and poor quality of shoes.
Went there earlier today and the guy couldn’t be bothered to offer assistance. When I pointed out that the pair I wanted was opening a bit at the front, he said “it’s up to you, either you want them or not… You have to be realistic”.
I think buying a new pair of shoes, for that amount of money, should come in optimal condition!
I will never set foot in that store again.

Staff member was really helpful, although the stock seemed tired

The children's shoes are located upstairs with no lift which makes it difficult with buggies (have to leave them downstairs). The staff are lovely and great with kids, although they got the measurement wrong by 2 sizes on the first visit!
