I love this shop. There is always loads in there for gifts or for you. The staff are lovely too. It has a proper old style but I love that to. My wife would like to ban me from ever going on as I spend war to much.
Seriously though it covers a wide range of stuff (white stuff, weird fish, joules) for men and women.

Lovely traditional department store. Family run and very friendly. High class clothes, shoes and home goods. Good coffee shop serving excellent coffee and yummy cakes

This is for the Cafe inside the main store. This is run by friendly helpful staff who always look after the customer with a smile and a laugh unless you are miserable. The menu is not massive, but the food is honest and very good. I thoroughly recommended at least having a drink and you will go back for more.

Good choice of men's and women's clothing from a variety of designers, this includes footwear and accessories. They also stock home and kitchen ware. This is a great family run department store in a small market town which also has a small coffee shop

I love Clarkes for its wide range of lovely things. I bought a super pair of boots here and looked at many other clothes - plenty of choice and competitive prices for good designer labels.

Lovely shop I get most of my shoes there. We went in the coffee shop + had a toasty each it was nice + freshly made + a good pot of tea.A lovely traditional shop

Fabulous shop in Ripley - quality products and fantastic service from staff. However; I was witness to a Senior male member of staff belittling one of the female members of staff in front of customers. I felt somewhat embarrassed by the situation. Maybe there’s an underlying culture of bullying and harassment towards certain members of staff; clearly unacceptable in today’s era of values and behaviours.

The gentleman that served us was polite and welcoming. Purchased a pair of mens clarks slippers in their closing down sale. Great value and sorry to see the shop is closing.
