Ordered shoes for my girlfriend last Thursday (19th may) on express delivery and they still haven’t arrived, it’s now Wednesday (25th).
Received an email on Friday to say they had been shipped.
Can’t contact anyone at the company to find out what is happening, call goes straight to mobile voicemail.
Reading other reviews it’s pretty clear this is a very untrustworthy site which we will never use again & will warn others against.

Absolutely shocking company, do not order from here!! Ordered some shoes for my sisters birthday, never arrived. Checked tracking details and they have been delivered but not to me. Pictures look like a flat, I live in a house! They say because Royal Mail have proof they have been delivered that’s it and they have washed their hands of it…I have had to constantly email them too!! Disgusting.

This company is absolutely brilliant. I ordered wrong colour of wedding pumps, returned them and was given a refund straight away. Ordered the correct colour and received the next day. Excellent customer service. Thank you

I’ve been looking everywhere for some black suede high heeled boots that are actually comfortable to walk in - and the ones I’ve got from XYLondon are absolutely perfect. They arrived super fast aswell!

Trying to reach out to this company via email and call and no response. Had an issue with an order, heels arrived and broke in the first 20 minutes of me wearing them, that shouldn’t happen with a pair of brand new pair of shoes. Can someone please reach out to discuss this?

Please for your own sake DO NOT BUY From this company. They thought royal mail would be a great idea during strikes. Why don't they use reliable couriers?

Within 24 hours of ordering my boots arrived. Just as I expected them and more. Beautiful comfortable and seem great quality 😍

I ordered shoes as I’m A bridesmaid at my sisters wedding all of the other bridesmaids have received the shoes yet I still await it’s been over five weeks I would like to know when my parcel is I have also emailed and still haven’t received any response back Also the customer service line goes straight to voicemail if anyone could respond back to me ASAP as the wedding is right around the corner I would really appreciate it kind regards..

Update: had a speedy reply my previous order got lost in the post…had another pair sent out to me very pretty good Quality can’t wait to wear them for the wedding! Thank you XYLondon
