I can't understand why someone would give this store a 1 star review... very helpful and informative staff... sadly the lovely shoes I ordered online were not a good fit and I had to get a refund... but very very good customer service

Disgusting staff!!! They were not giving me my money back on a faulty pair of boots!!! They were rude and insulting... they can’t read receipts... I returned a pair of boots that were faulty... I exchanged. Pair of boots originally and paid the difference... they said I am only intitled to the amount I paid to top up
To buy them... they wanted to steal the money I had paid in the original exchange.. head office had to sort them out and pint out I was right! They a horrid people who are insulting and uneducated. Do not go in there!!!!

Every pair of shoes I have ever bought from dune has fallen apart in some way within 6 months. May be I have been unlucky 4 time’s or may be the quality juts is not there.

Dune is one of me and my mums favourite brands and we were loyal customers. Even though I use all my bags with great care, the handle in one of my bag fell due to faulty manufacturing and short screws (which we have done everything to fix the bag at home already). We brought the bag, which I have bought a year ago and not had the receipt for anymore, to the Dune store in Bentall’s and asked for it to be repaired. We were faced by a terrible attitude by one of the employees who brushed us off saying “We don’t do bag repairs in here.” in a rude tone. Then we had to search for a repair shop for miles in the hottest day in London and my mum became sick. As a result we had to pay and extra £18 for a faulty manufacture. We were planning to buy a few shoes that day after handing our bags but decided not to and we are not planning to come back anytime soon and will tell about this to our friends to save them from all the trouble. Very disappointed by this experience since we liked Dune very much.

Terrible customer service today, girls just chatting, walked out in the end, would rather order online, but won’t bother
