This is by far the best Jimmy Choo in London - at least of the ones I have visited (which include Sloane Street, Harvey Nichols and Bond Street. The staff are really friendly and helpful but completely professional. You feel that they want your custom and to give you a good experience unlike some of the stores where, frankly, you feel that some of the staff look down their noses at customers.

An amazing experience choosing & buying my wedding shoes. The service was impecible. Dinuka was the epitome of professionalism & extremely helpful - he even suggested a shoe not on my original 'wish list' which I ended up purchasing. Thank you Jimmy Choo!

Was treated with respect by the ladies and i felt valued as a customer. I have respect in return for the two ladies and the gentleman working that day. Thank you and i love my Perfume. Keep up the good spirit.

Visited here at Christmas to buy some Christmas presents. Staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They even offered us two glasses of champagne, which was greatly appreciated and got me (and my credit card) into the Christmas spirit. Well played Jimmy Choo.

* IGNORANCE will tarnish your brand*

I went to the Westfield store to purchase bridal shoes on Sat 29th Feb. As a valued customer, I naturally expected to be greeted at least with a smile if not hello!
Whilst I was looking around the store, I noticed an Australian colleague (forgot to note his name) working that afternoon who was almost sucking up 110% to another customer he was helping. When I passed by him, I looked at him to say hi, but he treated me like I didn’t exist.
At first I thought he didn’t see me as he may have been busy, so I deliberately passed by him when he wasn’t busy. I looked at him to ask for help with my shopping but he still ignored me and looked right through me.
I honestly felt like I was deliberately treated that way. I can’t really point at why he ignored me throughout but all I can think of is maybe because of my ethnic background.
Although I love the brand and I don’t want to tarnish the whole brand because of one individual‘s lack of respect towards other ethnicities but his behavior actually changed my mindset about the Jimmy Choo and it’s values.

Bought these beautiful shoes for my wife as we were going to attend a wedding.

Service was wonderful as.youd expect when buying an £800 pair of shoes. however, after the first wear of around an hour the leather started to lift. It's a shame the quality isn't what it once was.
Refused to exchange them and have had to be sent for repair... shoddy customer service.
