If you have a podiatric issue best go see a podiatrist. A shop assistants "diagnosis" wasn't any where near accurate and wasted me time and money as well as causing more discomfort.

Horrible staff. They only chat on the phone. Unhelpful. It's a shame because there is a good selection of insoles and support.

Took my mum for her second appointment yesterday and I have to say it wasn't the same before, the man that did her 1st appointment was amazing he spent the time asking about my mums condition and was very caring. Yesterday's appointment was the Complete opposite I felt we were rushed the lady didn't ask any questions regarding my muns feet, especially as my mum has diabetes, and she cut my mums big toe with the clippers whichever caused it to bleed, she did put a dressing on. Which we beed to keep an eye on she is prown for infections.

There is no point writing a review here as no one will respond, however, it might help others.
It's shoe store and I would like to believe they will are better equipped to advise on various insoles. This can be done only when they listen to the problem. Unfortunately, the lady never allows people to talk. She is loud and rude. I was completely put off by her behaviour.
