Shoe Zone

Outdated shoes in here. That familiar shoe smell is in the air and its bit messy thanks to inconsiderate customers. Cheap and cheerful and worth visiting if you need casual shoes

I am so happy with the service, I went in unfortunately running late due to many factors, and the lady let me in as they were closing, I took two minutes as I knew what I needed, thank you again to S Ali (it's the name on the receipt) you've made me very happy and absolutely saved my life for work.

Great place for shoe's and great price great staff

Lazy bad manners staff. 2 people on till busy on phone can't see people in the queue waiting to be served. Disappointed.

Worst staff in southall store I visited today after waiting 15 minutes on till staff just jumped on person behind me giving him his order when I told him I'm running late from my job he said then you should go on your job seriously they don't know how to deal customer I don't know his name but young boy I think company didn't trained them.

I visited to your store today around 5:30.The lady on till badly behaved.So I refused to buy shoes

I went to this shop today and asked an employee when will you be closing she said at 6:30 so we went to cut my hair then since the barbers were busy we went back at 5:52 after we cut my hair my dad went inside and the woman said we are closed and my dad said you said at 6:30 normally I wouldn't be mad because everyone makes mistakes but we still had few minutes then a tall lady wearing a hijab comes and is so rude and has the audacity to tell us to leave to tell us she is in charge (like I do not care neither did I ask) and shuts the door on our faces . Like who does that I don't know much about business but I can assure you that's not how you treat a customer absolutely rubbish behaviour from that woman.

I came 6.14pm on Southall branch and they said 5 minutes and we close shop. Should be open to 6.30pm. When I said to them, they said no,we close for 5 minutes.
