Bought 2 pairs of boots for the daughter. 1 pair fitted fine. 2nd pair were too tight. No problem, just send them back with the slip and ask for the size required. Sadly none in stock. But what great service, a phone call to advise of this and could they do anything else to help. Requested a refund to give daughter chance to pick again. Even better service. Had only just put the phone done when I had a message from paypal, refund processed.
We will be using the retailer again :)

I have very small feet (33 EU) and finding a decent shoe was a nightmare all my life. I discovered Little Shoe Shop in 2014 and since then all my shoes are from them. The shoes are very good quality and super comfortable. They last for years. They are mostly made in Italy or Spain. I spend hours when I visit the store - trying out different shoes. Both the ladies and the gentleman are always so patient and never make me feel hurried. I always end up buying more than one pair :-)

Another important factor is the longevity of the shoes I have bought from The Little Shoe Shop - they all last me years and, as anyone with small feet knows, children's shoes are not made to last! Buying cheap children's shoes is a false economy: you end up replacing them over and over and they are also terrible for an adults foot.
Well worth the money as they are quality shoes, with a great choice of styles in stock and they support your feet properly and last.
(Handy hint - if you're buying for a wedding outfit, get your shoes first then match to them. :-) )
