Great service! Very busy when I was in there but the girl serving me did well to get me the shoes that I needed. Their manager was a massive help. He was able to find me a style that suited me and kept on checking up on me throughout the process. I’ll be shopping there again for my next pair of shoes.

I don't enjoy the experience of going to Clarks with my toddler at the best of times but this time was especially bad. They have closed down the children's floor and there were only two members of staff on the floor. I only came in for a fitting and took the initiative to try and do this myself as both staff were busy. A manager came over, told me I was doing it wrong and needed a ticket and that someone would be with me shortly. Half an hour later, still no service. We ended up leaving.

Absolutely lovely service. I cannot praise highly enough the young lady who was more than happy to check and fetch various options and sizes for my wife to try. Nothing seemed too much effort.
Compare this to the local department stores that have limited sizes on display and nobody to ask for assistance.
Five stars from me. Clarks has quality and service and it scores highly on this. Long may it continue as Croydon really needs a few jewels in its now tatty crown.

Adrian was very helpful, struggled to find shoes. They didn't have the ones I wanted originally but he brought out 6 boxes of ones I might like. Ended up buying because of him! Fantastic service.

Shopping at Clarks always guarantees exceptional service. You are greeted at the door and don't need to wait long for someone to help you with the fittings. They are well prepared during the sales or back to school days with additional staff on floor and the queuing system in place.

It would be a nice place, unfortunately my experience was not very nice. Patiently Waited for 25 mins when the only salesman, who serves for children shoes, served both the child and then the mom ( which he should pass to his other colleagues). The mom did not buy anything after a longtime and left. I thought the salesmen would now come to me as he told me to wait before , instead he completely ignored me and I had to remind him again even though he saw me all the time. However when he served me for less than 10 mins he urged me to finish and he has another customer waiting for him, while I was not sure about the size for my baby. So I saw how patient the salesman could be for one customer but very passively aggressive to me. I did buy all the shoes we tried as we need it and I have no time recently to shop again. But I will not go back to this clarks for kids shoe as soon as this salesman is there. The saleswomen for adults seem to be nice and were reminding him that I was still waiting when he pretended not seeing me.

Firstly on multiple occasions my sons feet have been measured wrong. Whereby I then had to return the shoes as they were not the correct size and caused his visible marks and discomfort on his feet. I wrote to head office and emailed them I got no responce. Then I was their last week and the lady who measured my feet said they couldn't measure the width because they can't find the bit to measure that part. So I waited ages I had a ticket and I didnt need one as that was only for children. Staff where standing around and numbers were changeing on the board nobody bothered to call out the numbers the board is hidden by a display of shoes you have to kind of look beyond it.. nobody knew what they were doing. Then I wanted a shoe and they couldn't find the other pair it was just a shambles. I got home and my son gave me the impression the shoe hurts his how can that be if their new and his feet where measured again. If you can't trust Clarks where else can you go?, it's just disappointing.. always a issue their..

Visited Clarks today mid afternoon its was extremely busy because of 60% sale on the day before Christmas Day. I bought two children's shoes for Christmas presents. The young lady was very pleasant, helpful & giving quick service considering she dealt with a few customers the same time. I sat & waited patiently. Love these hopefully my 2 great nephews do also.
Thank you👍🏽
Both great nephews loved them & more importantly my neices. 😍
