This is one of the worst retail experiences i ever had. Went in for first time last weekend. The shop is tired and tatty. Group of 4 staff huddled round the till all chatting together who ignored me and other customers. When we did ask to try on shows for my daughter there was hardly any stock of anything in her size at which point girl serving us went back to chatting with her colleagus at till. We asked about another pair and incredibly her ize was in stock. We helped my duaghter try on the shows (she is 2 years old). The sales assistant made no attampt to check they fitted (i tried my best to check).
After a day of wearing the shoes my daughter has a big blister on her toe and will never wear them again. My advice: avoid this shop. Gosh i could run this shop so much better.

Not much in the way of customer service, very disappointed as I wanted a pair of shoes, left in disgust eventually, I don't buy shoes often, I needed help, will look for other Clarke's now.

CLARKS chain of shoes use to be very good with a fair selection of different styles. The plus was in sizes coming in half sizes and different widths for those with wide or thin feet.
BUT it seems that NOW the selection is very restricted and very often it is not possible to have the desired size or width.
Clarks was very good for children shoes, with little feet being measured with precision for the right size and width.

Very rude manager called Anush , I think that’s how you spell her name. Accusing my daughters walking abilities before even I explain the problem with the poorly made school shoes. Disgraceful beaver for a manager. Very poor service, very poorly made school shoes

A nice friendly store that sells a variety of good quality shoes. Very helpful staff.

Reasonable selection of shoes, can get bargains on sale items.
Unfortunately it has closed down around September 2018🙁

I am gutted to here that Clarke's shoes are closing down in barnet this Saturday it makes me bloody angry about this closing down, if people stop buying on line,it is killing the high street, for a lot of people don't like going online they like going out to try shoes on and clothes etc,there is no shoes shop left in barnet like everything else .

Helpful and friendly staff, explain my size after measurements. Recommend. Just found this shop closed for good, bad news for Barnet.
