Foot Locker

I was told by a member of staff that the Adidas shoes I wanted did not come in a size 11, well this was a lie as I went across the shopping centre to Jd sports and they said they do come in a size 11. Abysmal customer service some of the staff would be better waiting in linew at the job centre.

I visited the footlocker in Lewisham today and the Customer Service was fantastic. All of the staff were genuinely attentive and clearly had great knowledge about the products. All of the staff were highly professional and passionate about footwear, and I ended up purchasing shoes that would have initially been out of my price range. I have no regrets about this because I love the trainers - well done to the staff at footlocker I will definitely shop at your store again :)

One of the best stores I ever visited. They welcome you with smile and give all the best they can.

Whenever I come here ther people are friendly and informative. Love shopping here with family and friends. They usually have different colours compared to other foot locker stores in my area.

Nice store for tops and trainers, but on this visit they don't have what i was looking for.
