Foot Locker

Although on my visit to this store I had a very helpful young lady who advised me on a pair of Nike TN's, the stores service for answering the phone is abysmal. Less than 3 weeks after I purchased these trainers the rubber decor on the toes of the shoes peeled off - I understand this may not be footlockers fault however I did expect some sort of help from them. Not only did this store not answer the phone after many calls, some of which I was waiting over 10 minutes to have answered, the customer service team in head office also took 20 minutes to answer my call only then to advise me to contact the store!!!!!!! Not happy at all.

Staff was very helpful couldn't find my size so they looked up other stores that did and order it to be delivered to my home

Entered the shop and this lady literally followed my every move. Even the guy working there seemed paranoid. Puts you off shopping there.

Not worth going in , nothing new , better off looking on line , lack of selection of caps , trainers r whack , seriously, got to improve in a big way , 😟

Even though JD sports is next door, I've walk out of there and into footlocker as the shopping experience is incomparable. Always attended to straight away, quick in getting sizes and very friendly.

Quick, easy and friendly service. The gent at the till (I think he was a fairly new member) was a good laugh and had a positive attitude. Always good to see!
