Lovely staff, the sales assistant asked if I was a health worker (which I am) gave me my discount straight away. Wouldn't of even thought about asking for it!!! This is what you call great service.

Terrible experience! I asked about a product to one of the staff members and he was very unprofessional and dismissive. I asked him something about an overpriced item and he answered me with a condescending tone to go to primark for cheaper clothing. Not recommended at all.

Terrible experience with this store, shoes apparently fitted by a professional member of staff only to be able to pull off of child's feet when we put on her, when returned the guy agreed they had not been worn outside as per return only for the rude manager to disagree, AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST, MANAGER RUDE AS ANYTHING AND NEEDS TO BR TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL NEVER RETURN, OUT OF POCKET.

A charming young man called Felix helped me find some new shoes today, he was full of great suggestions to compliment my unique style. Thanks!

Excellent customer service at the CABOT CIRCUS store today. A big thank you to Taylor, Naomi and Kieron ( sorry if spelt incorrectly :) ) All three members of staff were attentive, patient and couldn't have been more helpful. A credit to the company and management team. Many companies could take a lesson or two for their staff training from these staff or we were just lucky to have had these three individuals who know how to treat people. We would travel here again or wait and buy at this store. Highly recommended.

Jess and Sam were fantastic - incredibly helpful and attentive.
I had been to another store in Cabot Circus twice for a different item and was not acknowledged or helped both times.
As I was leaving Cabot Circus, I happened upon Schuh and went in to browse. I was immediately greeted on arrival. As I looked at some items, Jess offered help and quickly checked sizing availability. Sam later came with the items and stayed as I tried them on. He also went above and beyond to check for an item that was not on display.
Both were incredible friendly throughout - a credit to the team. And I ended up leaving with more items than planned due to their great customer service. Thank you.
