Well this shop stands out as one of the friendliest I’ve been in for some time! The manager and staff couldn’t have been more helpful in my quest for ‘party shoes’ . They were so polite and professional ....I will definitely be shopping back there, it’s a shame other shops don't follow their example! Well done Sharon and the team! 🏆

Mediocre shoes. I visited 3 months ago and the shoes I bought are already unusable. The upper has started to split away from the sole and they were only worn at work when I arrived at the office. So I wouldn't really recommend. Get better shoes from Wish.

Staff discussing immigrants with a customer, complaining they are rude and thieves amongst other comments! This is not acceptable behaviour and is blatantly racist! Company need to investigate this, would not have given any stars but was not an option.

Nice quality shoes in all ranges

I needed new slippers and bought an excellent pair for £7-99. YES, ££7-99!
They are almost identical in quality, sizing and comfort to M & S slippers which cost £19-50!
I was served by Carly, she was a pleasure to deal with. PLEASE don’t close the Northampton store.
