Top quality shoes....good value for money. I actually bought different shoes for myself, spouse and kids. I love the quality! The attendant was quite patient and helpful. You could also benefit from some great deals.

Worst Clark’s I have ever been in. The staff were extremely pushy. I asked to try on a shoe in a certain size and they told me no problem and told me to take a seat. I waited for 5 minutes and took my shoes off only for another person to come up and say they didn’t have that shoe in my size but they brought me a selection of other shoes to try on. I did not like any of the shoes and told them I didn’t want to try them on but they still tried to push me into trying them. I firmly said no then they stormed off. Similar experience another time that I went in and tried a shoe on and told them I needed to think about it before buying, the lady got very pushy and snappy about it. They must get some reward for pushing people to purchase shoes there. Horrible experiences. Went into the Clark’s in Edinburgh Princes today and had the complete opposite experience. Would never go to the Clark’s in Leicester ever again.

It is the most enjoyable experience served by Julie, she is the best staff I have ever met and helped us to find what we need, thank you so much.

Poor and rude staff attitude whilst trying to return goods. Made the entire process so difficult that I have lost confidence in them. Shame as the products are good.

This shop is now located inside Highcross on the upper floor near just past Boots. The map location on Google maps needs updating.

I bought a pair of shoes and within 6weeks a fault occurred so I took them back and the acting manager said I can give you a refund in gift voucher, so I refused and said faulty product, entitles a cash refund, but she kept saying I can only give you a gift voucher, she was really rude and made me mad, so now I have contacted customer service and complained, awaiting response, I won't be shopping there again. No apologies at all, didn't even give me the head office email 🙄

We had a fantastic experience getting our little one measured for his first pair of shoes. Marina was very patient and thorough. She tried lots of different styles, and explained in detail how each type of shoe was suited to particular stages of his development. Thank you Marina.

Good shop not very big and can get busy to being served, staff are polite and friendly, prices are for purchasing Clarke footwear and quality so if you are after cheap footwear then not place for you. Located in good shopping centre. Its open in the highcross shopping centre.
