Foot Locker

Absolutely rubbish. The product is great but the people working there are absolutely rubbish. Have no idea of what customer service means. Only one guy was good called Mamadu, other than that all the rest are really bad workers.

It's footlocker lol I'm not sure what more to say to be honest. They have a decent selection of shoes, however online is where is at for the real selection. Such a wide variety of options online for shoes. Service is great at the store, everyone is very helpful and very nice.

Went into the branch yesterday and found the experience awful. Staff have miserable faces, no manners no custom care whatsoever. Try picking staff that can say please and thank you and even crack a smile

Went to the store today with my wife. I was wearing a mask. She wasn’t as she gets breathing difficulties. The man at the door (beard and tattoos on right arm) said where is your mask. She said i am allergic. He said in a very sarcastic attitude “allergic to a mask” she said yes. As she was about to walk in he said you have to wait here. So we did. 1 minutes later, no one left the store but he said you can go now. I was outraged but the wife insisted i didn’t say anything to him. But let me tell u something. Stop feeding your ego You made us wait just cause she wasn’t wearing a mask and she had the right reason too. But you couldn’t process it. Insulting? Just how we felt. And management at foot locker. Train your door men better so they know how to speak to or treat people

It does not deserve even a star for the unprofessional staff and rude .

Not alot of variety fo clothes or shoes

Enjoyed the visit. Upbeat people who I spoke to. Got my son some good Nike dunks for good price and was offered extra services there. Would recommend.

Bought My first Jordan's today - loved the experience. KIAN was Great! Really chill and respectful to parents (and parents who's English is not their first language).
Overall the staff was great with returns and my whole experience. Definitely going to get my trainers from their more often.
