Website says they accept returns in store, but having lugged 4 pairs of shoes there, was told they couldn't accept them because the value of the order was over £200. No mention of that on the website though. Staff did try and help out, but would be useful to know in advance.

I entered the store without hope of finding good shoes that would fit me due to my childhood. Jo found time to help me in all the possible ways and made me feel good about my reactions. The staff members in general where friendly and helpful. Is a really nice place with lovely people and I'm definitely going back there.

I was so impressed by the customer service and care we experienced in this store today. We were school shopping for my two young sons. A lovely lady called Emily helped us. She was attentive, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we were happy with our selections despite how busy the shop floor was. She is a real asset to the store. Thank you Emily!

Tom served our family today and was so helpful and patient. 3 children between 1-10 all managed to get shoes and myself too. Came away with 8 pairs! Thank you 😊
