This shop is amazing, the staff are very helpful and attentive. They have brand named items here which is really helpful as my sketchers were quite cheap compared to the actual shop.

Will give this a 5 star I needed 10.5 shoe and they have them lovely shop pleanty of choice will be going back to this shop again

Very helpful but not too in your face. Good selection of shoes.

Shop clean though the only thing I found stopping me giving 5* was how high some of the shoes were on display. I had other customers asking me to get shoes down for them.

Had to return a pair of child's shoes that fell apart after only 5 weeks very disappointed would not recommend 😠

Nice shop, well set out.Good choices of everything in most sizes.On the shelves in boxes to try on, you don't have to wait for them unless they have to bring more of your size.

I brought a pair of skechers and had them sprayed in store witch cost more .
I wore them for like half an hour and they broke.
when I sent my older children back down to exchange them the refused as they had been worn I then phone the store up and ask why they won't exchange them the lady was very snotty on the phone and said tell them to bring them back and I will look at them.
I sent them back in and the lady was snotty with them but did exchange them for a different pair as they dint have any more of the 1s I bought

Today I went to Norwich to shop AT DEICHMANN it was the best and the best value for money I brought one before but then today I bought two pair of shoes and great service from Ewan I Recommend to everyone to shop at that shop
