Brilliant service as always!! Booked an appointment online with Rosemary to fit my children's school shoes. (Rosemary is retired but came to help out at this busy time) all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Social distancing measures in place and well maintained.
We will back again soon but we will miss you Rosemary. Enjoy your retirement!

Good service as always the staff organised for two pairs of children's trainers to be transferred from the Stamford shop to the Oundle shop. We collected them today and booked a time for a fitting of school shoes in August. A real gem in Oundle!

This place doesnt even deserve one star, it should be multiple negative stars. I've never been into a shop and come out crying until this one. The woman is so rude and abnoxious, im amazed this shop is still going. Absolutely appalling and vulgar customer service.
