I have ordered two pairs of shoes online and went to collect in store. Unfortunately the sizes didn't fit, the lady who served me was so helpful, even though the size I wanted wasn't available anymore, she helped me find another pair which fitted. I love my new shoes, thank you

Took my two 7 year old granddaughters in to for new school shoes. Very busy made worse by other mums bringing toddlers in buggies into the shop. I'm not saying buggies shouldn't be in the shop but toddlers aren't going to school next week so a bit of thought would have improved things a lot. I can't praise the shop staff enough though. Despite being under pressure our assistant was so good with the girls and didn't rush but was thorough and efficient. Top marks.

Exceptionally disappointed with the customer service today. I was ignored at the checkout for 10 minutes despite 3 staff manning the desk and no other customers waiting to be served. I was made to feel in the way by one particular lady at the till who very briskly and rudely then told me to move out of the way for her to serve a customer. The other staff who eventually served me were polite and professional. As a customer myself, I expected to be treated with respect and for staff to treat customers equally. I feel disinclined to shop in the store again.

Wasn't there to buy anything was with my daughter buying school shoes for my grandson.
Some nice shoes there for adults and kids if you can afford them, but not in my price range I'm afraid.
